ers and staff convened
in Orlando for the 2008
FAR Convention & Trade
Expo. Led by President Ran-
dy Bates and CEO Richard
Barkett, RAGFL's delega-
tion was busy attending as
many valuable and timely sessions as
they could fit in­­ones on technol-
ogy, international, commercial and
continuing education. When it came
down to business, RAGFL members
were no wallflowers. Former RAG-
FL President Summer Greene was
elected 2009
FAR Trea-
surer and
RAGFL Im-
mediate Past
President
Christine
Claudette Bruck took home the
prestigious Humanitarian of the Year
award­­her second time winning
the title. And another RAGFL mem-
ber, Suzanne Dunn, is now the proud
recipient of the Graduate Realtor
®
Institute Achievement award. In
addition to
the heavy
schedule of
meetings,
RAGFL's
delegation
also managed
to squeeze
in some time
for some
fun, thanks in part to FAR's after-
hours events such as the Blue Man
Group show, RPAC Jamboree and
the WCR Awards Banquet. We look
forward to bringing the new ideas
and techniques back to you so our
membership remains at the forefront
of industry ideas and issues.
