Klein Briefs RAGFL Members on Federal
Issues

nited States Congress-
man Ron Klein (D,
FL-22) visited with
RAGFL's members on February
19 to discuss the issues im-
pacting us in Washington, DC.
Dozens of members attended to
listen and discuss the issues most
important to them. Not surpris-
ingly, the economy topped the
list with a focus on initiatives that
could help solve the challenges
facing the housing market. Mem-
bers discussed components of
the recently passed $819 billion
stimulus plan, in addition to the
$75 billion housing recovery
proposal proposed by the Obama
Administration. Klein was first
elected to Congress in 2006 and
was re-elected this past No-
vember.
