While it's virtually impossible to manually check every listing entered into the MLS system, iCheck automates a large portion of
that task, making for faster and better oversight. It provides a near real-time level of quality and control, both in verification of

in the SEF MLXchange
data base:
Photo Instructions
The only value for selection
is 1PLUS - a pop up win-
dow will display on RE1,
RE2 - One(1) photograph
representative of the proper-
ty must be uploaded within
two(2) business days after the
listing is submitted into MLS.
Lender Approval
If Short Sale is equal to "Y"
then you will be required to select
"approved" (already obtained from
lender) or "unapproved" (meaning
lender approval acquired).
MLXchange Database
Changes Affect Short Sales
Some real estate
brokerages offer
real estate broker-
age services online.
These VOW web-
sites are referred
to as Virtual Office
Websites ("VOW").
In addition to the property being
displayed on the internet with its
street address displayed, an automat-
ed estimate of market value (AVM),
or reviews and
comments (blogs)
about a property
may also be dis-
played.
Anyone who
registers on a Vir-
tual Office Website
may gain access to such automated
valuations or comments and reviews
about any property displayed on a

tive value has changed to NEW
CONSTRUCTION.
