While it's virtually impossible to manually check every listing entered into the MLS system, iCheck automates a large portion of
that task, making for faster and better oversight. It provides a near real-time level of quality and control, both in verification of

Most violations detected by
iCheck result in an automated
email warning, that allows mem-
bers 48 hours to correct. However,
uncorrected violations will result
in fines of $100 or more for repeat
occurrence. The Association's
MLS software automatically moni-
tors the system for violations, but
we also ask that members police
the data integrity as well. If, in
your normal course of conduct-
ing your business, you discover
violations of any of the above
rules, use the new "Report a Data
Error" option in MLXchange­­it's
anonymous! On the "Full Detail"
screen, in the left side tool bar is
the option to "Report Data Er-
ror". A message box will then
appear, asking for the problem and
solution. Then just SEND! Thank
you for your cooperation!
