information allowed in Remarks,
Directions or Inet Remarks and the
branding of photos or Virtual Tours
is prohibited. Members don't want
to promote other members, they
want to make sales.
Is your listing easy to show?
With ShowingTime you can set the
calendar specifically for each listing.
Other agents can click on the calen-
dar and select a two hour window
when they will be showing that
neighborhood; you can confirm ap-
pointments via e-mails and get your
confirmation by phone where you
can provide any other information
needed for showings.
Is the property easy to access?
You can assign the Supra Box to
the listing via the serial number.
Never lose a Supra iBox again.
You can view which agents showed
the property with date and time
and/or generate a showing report
for the seller.
RAGFL is looking to put listing
syndication control in the hands of
our Brokers. This new functional-
ity, along with new add/modify and
MLS search programs are scheduled
to be released later this year. Watch
for additional information in the
coming months.

to select all the appropriate property
features; these are used to create the
"Remarks" on
Is your listing complete?
Have you correctly answered
Inet=Y. This Y/N field controls
if your listing appears on
or other IDX web sites.
A photo is required. Up to 16 can
be loaded for each listing. Note that
all rights are transferred and belong to
the MLS for re-use by its members.
Studies have shown the properties
with the most photos sell quicker!
