The RAGFL BOD recently approved
implementing two MLS changes that
primarily affect short sales.
1. "Search defaults now include
Status B" - This change includes
"Back-ups" in search defaults
to ensure that listing status of B
continue to be treated as Active
listings. If you didn't want to

you then would only search for
Status = A.
2. "Short Sales - Approved" - The
second change includes send-
ing a courtesy email notice from
iCheck on day 30 asking them to
make sure that their short sale is
still approved.
