Create and print a `fax to email'
coversheet without having to go
online and log into the system.
Simply save the new intelligent
PDF file coversheet to your desk-
top, open, complete and print any
time you need to fax a document to
someone's email address.
Intelligent Fax Coversheet
Also new is the ability to send mul-
tiple documents in one transmission.
Using the intelligent, desktop fax
coversheet users can send up to four
documents at once and InstanetFax
will divide the single fax into as
many as four separate PDF docu-
ments, each with a user provided
document name.
Email to Fax
Allows users to email documents
from their own email client (e.g.
­ Outlook, Gmail, etc.) to a single
or multiple fax numbers. The email
is the cover page and any attach-
ments are the fax. Simply use
faxit@transactiondesk.com as the
recipient, put the fax number in the

DocBox Features!
subject line, attach the documents to
fax and send.
Print to Fax/Email/Upload
Instanet Solutions has developed a
special Windows based print driver
so any document can be `printed' to
either multiple fax numbers, mul-
tiple email addresses or uploaded di-
rectly into the inbox for DocBox or
an existing transaction folder within
TransactionDesk or DocBox.
Mobile Print to Fax
Leveraging the stand alone email to
fax function, users can `print' docu-
ments to any fax machine from their
mobile device/PDA.
Personalized Vanity fax
Numbers Upgrade for
Members
These personal fax numbers enable
users to receive faxes at a personal
number of their choice, which they
can print on their business cards. Us-
ers will have the ability to select
and purchase their own fax
number from a pool of avail-
able numbers in their area code.
Faxes received using the new
personal fax number will also
be sent into their DocBox Inbox
without the use of a fax coversheet,
creating a unified faxing/document
management solution without the
need for routing cover sheets.

New Forms Interface and
Mac Compatibility
TransactionDesk will be implementing a
new forms editing interface which enables
compatibility with Mac and Safari. It will also
begin supporting Firefox for PC, in addition
to Internet Explorer. The new interface brings
a new and more modern look to the Forms
Online Gold Module in TransactionDesk.
