RAGFL's 2009 Realtor
®
of the Year.
The accolade took place at RAG-
FL's 2010 Celebration and Kick
Off at the Marriott Harbor Beach
Resort on Jan. 8th.
Christine most recently served
as the District XI Vice President of
FAR and a Past President of RAG-
FL. In her role as President of one of
the nation's largest Realtor
®
Associa-
tions, Christine was charged with
advancing the organization's mission
to provide products, programs and
services that best enhance industry
professionalism and profitability.
A full-time broker with more
than 22 years of real estate experi-
ence, Christine owns Century 21
Hansen Realty, Inc. - a full-service
real estate brokerage with three loca-
tions serving South Florida. Her ex-
tensive service to the RAGFL Board
includes nine years as a member of
the RAGFL Honor Society, terms as
Vice President, Treasurer, as well as
Chair of many committees and task
forces including: Audit & Finance,
Leadership Development Program
and Grievance.
Christine's involvement at the
state level has been no less impressive.

A member of the FAR Honor Soci-
ety for ten years and an FAR Direc-
tor since 2002, Christine has also
been a member of numerous com-
mittees including: Finance, Realtor
®
®
Institute Sub-Committee, Business
Issues Sub-Committee, Professional
Standards Forum, Professional De-
velopment and Strategic Planning. In
2007, she served as Vice Chair of the
Realtor
®
Institute Sub-Committee.
At the national level, in addition
to serving as a Director for NAR
since 2005, Christine is a current
and past member of key commit-
tees including Professional Standards
and the Directors Forum. As well as
holding two professional Realtor
®
designations ­ CRB and GRI,
Christine is an active and proud
member of the Women's Council of
Realtors
®
(WCR).
As a strong believer in giving back
to the community, Christine has
been involved with many organiza-
tions including: Henderson Mental
Health Holiday Toys for Children
program, the Easter Seals, the Amer-
ican Cancer Society, Kids in Distress
and Challenge Air, to name a few.
A Broward County resident since
the age of two, Christine currently
resides in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
Her passion for scuba diving, how-
ever, continues to take her to exotic
locations around the world.

GRI II is a "sales from the
ground up" approach to your
business. Learn construction ter-

an appraisal and a market analy-
sis, marketing techniques, how to
plan for personal and professional
growth. Understand real estate
investments and how to find them
for your clients. Accredited by
DBPR for 11 hrs specialty CE or
30 hrs broker PL.
GRI III is an overview of many
of the specialty
areas in the prac-
tice of real estate.
You'll be introduced to inter-
national real estate, property
management, negotiating and
counseling, concurrency, pri-
vate property rights and the tax
code. Accredited by DBPR for
11 hrs specialty CE or 30 hrs
broker PL.
