This class will be held from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
on Friday, March 12th at the RAGFL West Audi-
torium. This course covers: discussing title insur-
ance alternatives; comparison of owner and lender
title policies; what title insurance does and does
not cover; survey matters; how to calculate title
rates (without a rate card); claims; understand-
ing the procedures of closing; and hints for faster,
smoother and sometimes less
expensive closings. The course
is enhanced with true stories that illustrate topics
